I am so happy with Sal and his team! We just passed inspection, and even the inspector was impressed with the air conditioning system install. My house is older and is not constructed very well, but Sal and his team went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. I even threw a large change at them mid-way through the project, and Sal was kind and patient while he changed things exactly how we wanted. The system performs great, looks great, and was done right. Sal and his team are professional, trustworthy, and skilled. I highly recommend AMAR Inc. and have volunteered to be a satisfied customer reference for future customers.

I interviewed 3 A/C companies. We chose Amar for several reasons: Sal was so detailed with his pitch. He also did not over sell us on a bigger unit or more than we needed. All the guys were great workers. They took the time to listen to our concerns and make adjustments as necessary. We have an older home so it wasn’t easy to navigate through the walls etc. I am very impressed as you can’t even see the wiring. At first I thought I would not get use to the unit on the wall. I have to admit I have gotten so use to it that I don’t even look up anymore. After the install each unit was tested and I couldn’t believe how quiet they were. We can’t wait to use the a/c. Yes this could be one of the best home improvements we have done. Trust me when I say if you are thinking about a ductless unit call Amar for an estimate, you will be a happy customer just like me.

We had a 3 zone Mitsubishi mini-split system installed in our log cabin. I could not be more pleased with how the system performs, and how quiet it is. It was severely tested during an unusual week of single digit temperatures and was up to task. I look forward to summer when we can try out the cooling. AMAR is an elite rated installer, the highest by Mitsubishi, and for good reason. Their knowledge of the products is outstanding as is their service. The install team of Tyler and Kevin did a fantastic job. I really appreciated their attention to detail and aesthetics, which was a concern for our log cabin.

Wish I could give 6 stars!
I spent the entire summer researching the Mitsubishi units and interviewing contractors (both diamond certified from Mitsubishi and regular HVAC contractors). Narrowed my choice down to 2 of the Diamond Certified and received estimates from both. Their prices were fairly close and I ended up choosing one to move forward with. He ended up pushing my project a few times and was never able to 100% commit to a start date. We parted ways before the work started, and I went back to researching when we tripped across Sal and A-Mar. Friend in town told us about the work that was done at her fathers’ house just recently and that they loved Sal and his work.
Sal came to my house and handed me a stack of information on his business (insurance certifications, pictures of work done, sample quotes from customers, bunch of his Mitsubishi certificates, etc) He did an estimate right in front of me without having to go back home and ‘work up an estimate’. He was 30-30% less expensive than the 2 previous estimates (and I did not even show them to him) and he was going with a stronger heat pump and more expensive system that I originally want to install. We picked a date, he set the expectations for the work, and the time to complete and everything went 100% smoothly. Guys that installed were fantastic and easy to chat with. I had tons of questions as this is all brand new technology for me. They walked me through the system, and the installation, they showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were a pleasure to deal with.
Sal delivered exactly what he promised and I am hoping to have him install a system in my rental property!

Very professional. I was in the middle of a terrible construction project and had to take over the general contracting functions myself. Sal from AMAR cut the cost of the air-conditioning estimate in half and helped put me in contact with a good electrician, insulators and sheet rockers. He literally saved the project. Great guy, smart and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

My family has been using Amar for many many years. Finally after the service received on Saturday I realized I needed to write a review.
We own a restaurant and the heat went out on Valentines day... within minutes Sal and his guys were on the roof in below freezing temps fixing our unit... within an hour parts were replaced and the heat was going. Top notch.
This is just one of many instances that this company has been reliable and cost affective.
